James W. Davidson
Rotary Zone 22 Extension Award
The James W. Davidson Rotary Extension Award commemorates the contribution of Calgary, Alberta Rotarian James Davidson who individually and in concert with Halifax Rotarian Layton Ralston created 23 Rotary Clubs in 12 countries. Today 1,200 Rotary Clubs and over 42,000 Rotarians trace their origins back to Davidson's efforts. (Biography of James W. Davidson)

The award is presented each year at the Zone 22 Institute to the district with the largest number of new Rotary Clubs admitted.
