Rotaract Club of Bishkek
Rotaract club of Bishkek was founded in December 2000 by a
decision of the Rotary Club of Bishkek. Charles Rector, the
Youth Director of the Club, organized the first meeting on
December 6th, 2000. The Club unites youth professionals and
students of Kyrgyzstan (at the moment mostly in Bishkek). The
members of the club make and promote commercial projects which
are directed to charity events.
Rotaract Club of Bishkek is
(at 2010) the only one for the entire Central Asia region.
Some of
those projects conducted since formation include -

2001 the organization of a celebratory supper for veterans of
the Second World War;
2002-2003 project «new life to
old things»;

The Rotaract
Club of Bishkek is classified under District 2430 which is based
in Ankara, Turkey. The club works under guidance from the Rotary
Club of Bishkek, its sponsor. At 2011 it has 25 members |
