The 1916 R.I. Convention in Cincinnati, Ohio, U.S.A. took action to appoint a standing "Committee on Work Among Boys," composed of six Rotarians. Its purpose was to cooperate with Rotary clubs and to further and coordinate the work for boys. - This appears to be the start of youth activity in Rotary. |
