Our club was the second founded in Mexico, formed on the 18 December 1922.

The first club president was Mr. W. John Watkins, with a membership of 30 members, residing the district, and the district governor, was Nelson O. Rhodes.

The first four presidents were U.S. nationals, of which one quarter was our esteemed partner "Henry" Fleishman HH 1925-1926.

During the first six years of the club, its meetings were conducted in the English language, and it was not until 1928-1929, that Henry is president for the second time, he made the change to Spanish.

As club president Mr Leo Fleishman in 1953-1954, visited nuetro international club president, Mr. Joaquin Serratos Cibilis of Uruguayan nationality.

The membership of our club has had ups and downs, the highest membership in the club's history has been 106 members in 1977-1978, to be president "Poncho" Alfonso Gonzalez Alvarez.

During the presidency of "Chucho" Jesus Zapata Aguilera 1973-1974, has obtained the highest percentage of 78.30% annual assistance.
