Black and white photographic portrait of Frederick R. Burley Rotary International District 76  Governor 1931-32. Signed "To Paul with warm regards from Fred R. Burley, Sydney, Australia  Jan 18, 1932".

In March 1934 while staying in London, Paul and Jean Harris went to visit Fred Burley who by then had moved to live in the London suburbs.  The 1932 date suggests that this portrait was presented in Chicago rather than Australia which the Harrises did not visit till 1935.  Although Paul was in London in 1932, he did not arrive there till August 9.
