1963-64 PRESIDENT OF ROTARY INTERNATIONAL with JEAN HARRIS. On the back of the frame, an inscription reads: 'Past Rotary International President Carl P Miller and Jean Harris, widow of founder Paul P Harris. The photo was taken in Edinburgh, Scotland, in August 1963, on the occasion of President Miller's visit there.  Mrs. Harris passed away shortly thereafter.'
