Color drawing. "Stokesay" by John A. Crublins. This drawing is probably a souvenir of the visit by Paul Harris to Shrewsbury, England, in June 1934. Stokesay Castle which is near Ludlow, is one of the earliest surviving examples of a fortified manor house, rather than a battlemented castle. 143 |
