DECISION: The Board
1. approves the logo shown in Appendix O as the official 2009 RI (Birmingham) Convention logo and agrees that no variations of the logo are permitted
without the specific approval of the president-elect on a case-by-case basis, provided such variations are otherwise within Board guidelines;
2. approves the theme “Bound for Birmingham” for the 2009 RI (Birmingham) Convention.
