1989-1990
Hugh M. Archer served as interim General Secretary of Rotary International during the period from 1 November 1989 to 30 April 1990, awaiting the appointment of Spencer Robinson, Jr.
He attended to the Secretarial duties during this period while he was also President of Rotary International in the 1989/90 year.
