Why I Am A Rotarian

OCTOBER 17, 2006

It helps me have an identity, an identity with people all over the world who care for the fellow being.

It helps me realise that interdependency is life today and therefore I take the initiative to help others. It creates in me a sense of pride that my occupation provides me an opportunity to serve. It inculcates into me the need to be Good Samaritan and I am aware that a Good Samaritan is one who does not choose people to help, but just helps.

It helps me unite with my fellow beings.

I love you Rotary.

Past Dist Secretary - D 3000
