Despite being located within the geographic
boundaries of Africa, Madagascar was until 1960, a French colony
and remains a French speaking country. For administrative
purposes, the Inner Wheel clubs of Madagascar fall under the
administration of the "Association des Clubs Inner Wheel de
France Andorre, Maroc, Algerie, Tunisie" (FAMAT). |
