For administrative purposes, the Inner Wheel clubs of Madagascar fall under the administration of the "Association des Clubs Inner Wheel de France Andorre, Maroc, Algerie, Tunisie" (FAMAT).
 Districts
The 3 clubs in Madagascar are member clubs of District 920, sharing that District and its Governor with Reunion and with France itself.

 Clubs
There are 3 Inner Wheel clubs in Madagascar at 2010 -
