 History 
 While Algeria was a French Protectorate until 1956, the The Inner Wheel clubs in Tunisia are all under the administration of the "Association des Clubs Inner Wheel de France Andorre, Maroc, Algerie, Tunisie" (FAMAT). French remains a major language throughout the country.
 
 Districts 
 District 73 encompasses the south east corner of France, Corsica and the three countries of north west Africa.
