Zealand, including the National President Shirley Hope and her

Wheel clubs of Fiji
 fall under the administration of District
291 which also covers the far northern parts of New Zealand and
of New Caledonia.District 291 is one of many transnational districts in the Inner Wheel organisation. | Clubs | The Inner Wheel of Tokalau, Suva was the first and remains the only club in Fiji but in an unusual tale, was named Tokalau even though the club is based in Suva. Tokalau itself is a small island east of Suva and 
one of the many islands comprising the nation of Fijian Islands.
