 Districts
The Inner Wheel clubs of New Caledonia are administrated by District 291 which covers the northern section o the North Island of New Zealand as well as the clubs of Fiji.
District 291 is one of many trans-national districts in the Inner Wheel organisation.

There is an unusual tale relating to New Caledonia (Nouvelle Caledonie) and many other clubs in French speaking countries.
In the case of New Caledonia, while the District Governor and all basic administrative functions fall within the responsibilities of the home district, all clubs in the country are members of the "Association des Clubs Inner Wheel de France, whose primary responsibility is jurisdiction over French speaking clubs in France, Andorre, Maroc, Algeria and Tunisie.

 Clubs
The Inner Wheel club de Nouméa Plaisance is the first and (at 2010) only club in New Caledonia and has registration number BP9193.
