Being a former French colony and speaking the
French language, the Inner Wheel Clubs of French Guiana fall under
the jurisdiction of the "Association des Clubs Inner Wheel de
France, Andorre, Maroc, Algerie, Tunisie" (FAMAT) although, like several other
Inner Wheel clubs in Martinique, Guadeloupe and Cameroon, are undistricted. |
These clubs maintain constant communication with each other and with France for all administrative purposes but are largely independent. Districts |

in Guiana are as yet undistricted. Clubs | The first club in Guiana (Guyane) was the Inner Wheel Club of Cayenne (the capital city). This was later followed by the Inner Wheel Club of Remire Montjoly, a south east suburb of Cayenne.
