Served, at various times, as the chair of all Four Avenues of Service, served on the club's Board of directors six terms, headed the club's largest fundraiser, "The Dalton Rotary Follies" from 1986 (before becoming a Rotarian) until 1992. (This project usually nets between $10,000 and $12,000), served as membership chair three times, and started the Dalton Club's Jr. Rotarian program, served 4 times as the Dalton Rotary Club's Foundation Chair, Club Secretary 4 times,

In 2010 I retired from the world of Real Estate and now have time to serve Rotary as a club Rotarian in the Tri-Town Rotary club which I joined in 2006.

Facilitator at the Multi District Pets 1995-2004

Served as Governor Nominee Coordinator for the Institute in Bethesda.

Division Head for Promotions for the Zone 31 and 32 Rotary Institute in Montreal", and again Promotions Chair for the Zone Institute in 1999 in Newport R.I.

Served as a faculty member for the Leadership Forum in Newport, devising a program of training for the Governors 2001-2002

Member of the original committee for Northeast LINK program for Ambassadorial Scholars In charge of training facilitators, and the training of VIP Aides,

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

I am active in my church, serving as a Vestry member for Grace Episcopal Church, and also as Jr. Warden ( vice chair) of that body. I served a second term as the Senior Warden ( Chair) in Jan of 2000 I recently chaired a successful Capital Fund Drive for the church

In 1998-99 I was the Chair of the Realtor Community Service Committee, and am on the membership task force for the Berkshire Chamber of Commerce.

For many years I led the fund raising committee of one our local hospitals, producing and directing musical variety shows.

PERSONAL

I have three grown children, Lauren, Keith and Jeffery, and 4 grandchildren, and 3 great grand children.

I was remarried in 1980 to the late Wadsworth R. Pierce, who also was a Dalton Rotarian. �Waddy� died in 1995

I retired in June of 1994 after 35 years as a teacher. Since then I have embarked on very successful career in Real Estate, associated with Century 21, A Perras Realty Inc. in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
