History Rotaract came to Cote d'Ivoire with the charter of the Rotaract Club of Cocody in 1977.

The Rotaract clubs of Benin share District 9100 with all the Rotaract Clubs of the following other countries - Benin (7), Burkina (7), Cap-Vert (1), Gambie (1), Ghana (17), Guine Bissau (1), Guinee (2), Liberia (1), Mali (6), Niger (2), Senegal (3), Sierra Leone (1) and Togo (0). With 14 countries, District 9100 is the most multi-national District in the Rotary World.
Clubs |
The first Rotaract club to be chartered was the RAC Cocody on 1 January 1977, followed by RAC Yamoussoukro Doyen on 13 May 1980. There are 3 Rotaract clubs with the precincts of the capital city Abidjan while the remaining 9 clubs are spread throughout the country. At the time of writing, charter dates, sponsoring Rotary clubs and major events are not available for any of the clubs.
