"System for peace? Plan for peace!" Without a plan where all the pieces play (in the best sense of play) together, we will not create a system for having peace. A plan can be a matrix structure instead of an ending plan. You may add to this system, this planning process.

"Where would you fit into a system for peace? Where would your leaders? How can we achieve a situation where a lasting peace is envisioned and accomplished? All the standard questions fit: who, what, where, when, how and why; so where do you fit into a peace system?"
