Historians who continue this project

Chair for History of Asia (India) Dr. Dipak R. Sarbadhikari, [Medicine-Orthopedic Surgery], Rotary Club of Calcutta.

Dipak is a third generation Rotarian of India's first club - the Rotary Club of Calcutta (1920. He has maintained perfect attendance for 25 years since his induction in 1979. He became President in 1997 and is a Paul Harris Fellow. He has served his club in many capacities including that of the bulletin editor.

He was instrumental in introducing computers and email to his club. With no formal training
he put up the club's website in 1999 and has remained the Webmaster ever since. In 2001 he obtained RI recognition from President Frank Devlyn as the best CICO and Webmaster of Zone 5.

Dipak has served his District 3290 as Dist. Correspondent, Asst. Governor, Zonal Representative, DICO and District Webmaster.

Currently he is also in charge of his club's Rotary Archives and its extensive 85 year collection of memorabilia.
